2023 OFR National Forum: Concurrent Session 4: Tribal Communities’ Response to Drug Overdose

This session focuses on the work happening within tribal communities and their response to drug overdose. It provides two case studies from different communities focusing on challenges in tribal communities; the role of tribal governances in developing action plans; and how smaller, remote communities use tools such as Overdose Detection Mapping Application Program (ODMAP) and OFR. This session also highlights federal tribal resources and response.
