This session highlights four different presentations that focus on how OFR teams used the National Standards to implement recommendations within their community. This session provides insight into how to identify and recruit key partners, the success of working on a multidisciplinary team, how to build community capacity, and how to identify gaps, prioritize solutions and create action plans.
