Norman Donahue, Co-Op Coordinator of Dekalb County Court Services in Illinois, explains his work in the diversion program, intervening in people's cases in the court system to facilitate treatment with treatment facilities that partner with his office, as well as his work establishing a sober living house in the community. He shares ways in which he assisted participants in his program when one of their peers fatally overdosed.
